EMPLOYMENT ADVISORY SERVICE

 

Employment Advisory services are specifically designed for companies and consist of:

 

1.1. Assistance and telephone consultations with no limit during the established public service hours of this office.

1.2. In-office assistance at previously agreed times to deal with any matter related to the company’s employment area.

1.3. Completion of all types of procedures before INSS agencies in relation to the company’s employment management. Registrations, terminations, etc.

1.4. Preparation of salary receipts, monthly payrolls and extra payments, in official format, including those for self-employed workers...

1.5. Preparation of Social Security contribution forms. RLC and RNT on a monthly basis, with subsequent delivery to the client’s address or to the bank indicated to us for payment.

1.6. Preparation and processing of employment contracts. Las Palmas province.
1.7. Preparation of contract termination notice letters.

1.8. Preparation, every quarter, of form 111 payment letters for the payment of personal income tax withholdings made.

1.9. Calculation and preparation of outstanding balances and severance settlements.

1.10. Annual declaration of the family situation of employees in order to determine the personal income tax withholding percentage.

1.11. Preparation of certificates of remuneration paid and withholdings made to be delivered to employees for the purposes of filing their personal income tax return.
1.12. Completion of certificates for unemployment benefit applications.


1.13. Preparation of a monthly breakdown list of payroll and Social Security costs for each employee.
1.14. Preparation of the annual summary of personal income tax withholdings, form 190.

 

Not included in the fee:

 

1.1. Assistance with inspections. 

1.2. All contentious proceedings, claims, court hearings, etc.


(*) Lawyers’ fees.

We send the following information at no additional cost:

 Statistical payroll summary, that is, how much is paid each month and under which concepts: salary, allowances, overtime, etc.

 Personnel cost, including salaries, Social Security contributions and personal income tax withholdings.

 

Optionally, and through our LEGAL ADVISORY SERVICE, our clients have access to lawyers and a labour relations specialist for assistance in contentious proceedings or consultations aimed at avoiding them.
